Hi Partners! Gerard, thanks very big for your invite! Poverty is surely a never ending story. As soon as a national economy reaches development maturity, new poverty problems arise. The articles I wrote about 'new nationalism' were largely crafted to address the poverty and marginalization problems in the Philippines, though perhaps our pals across the globe may find some relevant notes about them to solve similar problems in diverse societies. For each one of us, best wishes in our respective missions.... Erle Frayne Argonza

My work on this topic has taken me from creating social justice education and service learning curricula at universities, through running non profits, and now to working specifically with the disability community and through the travel & hospitality industry.

Here are a couple things I have done on the topic recently:

The Framework That Gives Shape to My Writing - Disability in Community

Inclusive Tourism: A New Strategic Alliance for the Disability Rights Movement

Bangkok Recommendations on Accessible Tourism in Asia and the Pacific
