Hi Everyone,

On July 4th I'll be running in the Potomac 5K on behalf of Autism Speaks. I would greatly appreciate any kind of donation you could provide. In 1980 1 in 10,000 children were diagnosed with autism. Today, one in every 150 children is diagnosed with autism. The goal of this event is to raise much needed dollars for autism research, awareness, advocacy and family services. This event raised more than $225,000 in 2007 and helped us surpass the $million mark over the races history over the past 7 years.
