Hi Dan,

Yes--anyone can get tickets. The tickets, unfortunately, won't be avilable until closer to the event, though by sometime in September, initial blocs of tickets will be available which can be used for any screenings.

The only thing which is open right now in terms of ticketing is registration for the Conference portion of the 2008 HMF International Film/Media Festival & Conference. The Conference is open to anyone interested in humanitarian media subject matter, though there is a cost to attend conference sessions. Further information can be found in the right-hand sidebar on the HMF website: http://www.humanitarianmedia.org. We know that many of the academics and professionals needed adequate time to plan.

Please feel free, too, to contact the HMF via pr@humanitarianmedia.org any time you have questions. I hope this has helped. ;)

Warmest regards,
K.J.W.
