- I am an technology entrepreneur and a recovering Venture Capitalist. Throughout my life, I found that over 90% of our workforce is disengaged and is really looking for ways to combine money and meaning. I founded the Conscious Business Institute (CBI) based on my own experiences, and working with many hundred comanies and executives. CBI provides a destination for people where they can create a career and life that's in alignment with their authentic selves - and it provides the stepping stones for getting there.
