I've had a quick look for microfinance insitutions in Barcelona and came up with the following three (the descriptions and contacts are taken directly from the European Microfinance Network's website).
Fundació Un Sol Món is an entity created in February 2000 by Caixa Catalunya as part of its social work initiative aiming to recapture the original spirit of savings banks and to promote economic development for the most underprivileged and socially excluded communities.

SURT, a women’s association for labour market insertion, was created in 1993 with the intent to create and develop initiatives and proposals to facilitate the socio-labour integration of women from groups at risk of social exclusion. The association is a non-profit organisation founded by women from different fields of expertise who share experiences, interests and activities in the feminist movement in Barcelona.
Obra Social "la Caixa" - Social tasks are the reason for la Caixa’s existence and social work is the way in which la Caixa performs these tasks outside the direct scope of its business. The aim of la Caixa’s social work is to give back to society part of business profits by providing an efficient, innovative response to the social needs of the moment. La Caixa is the only Spanish savings bank which has a microcredit department that manages its activity without delegating it to a foundation.
The EMN website lists more institutions in Spain, particularly in Madrid, but since your focus was on Barcelona I've only listed those. I hope these help and I'll let you know if/when I come across other similar organizations in Barcelona.
